Agreement

Inviting Karen to a server, or signing in to this dashboard, means you accept these terms. If you do not, remove the bot and stop using the dashboard.

What you may use it for

Moderating servers you administer: enforcing rules, configuring automated protection, and reviewing what the bot did. You are responsible for the actions taken through it in your server, including actions taken by members you delegated authority to.

What you may not use it for

• Harassing, stalking, or targeting individuals.
• Mass actions against members or servers without cause.
• Circumventing Discord's rate limits, or automating anything Discord prohibits.
• Probing, overloading, or reverse-engineering the service.
• Anything that breaks Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed level of availability and no service level agreement. It can be taken down for maintenance, or by failures outside anyone's control, without notice. Current dependency health is published on the status page; that page reports latency, not uptime, because no availability figure is measured.

Do not treat automated protection as a substitute for correctly configured Discord permissions. If the bot is offline, it is not protecting anything.

Premium

Some features require an active premium slot on the server. Access ends when the slot does. Which features are gated may change.

Termination

The bot may be removed from any server that breaks these terms, without notice. You may remove it from your own server at any time through Discord's server settings.

Liability

Karen is provided as is, without warranty. Moderation decisions made with it — bans, kicks, timeouts, role changes — are yours, not ours, and we are not liable for their consequences or for losses arising from downtime or misconfiguration.

Changes

These terms are edited as the service changes. Continuing to use Karen after an edit means accepting the current version.
